Same, when I updated 3 of my OCs, (Dezzy, chikyy, and Froggo) I made them a little more adjusted. But when I got off, they were back to their default heads and barely any adjustments again 😭 but I played a minigame and restarted the game and it all went fine!
You can fix the problem by going to settings, then press go back to home screen, and then you're character will save so it doesn't keep deleting your hard work :)
Oh I have this exact same problem and I DESPISE it what I do is I double click my home button and close all apps including Gacha club then I re enter it and check that it saves (it does most of the time)
