My TRK 251 on Jan 12th, Im being advised to drive below 7000 rpm until first service (1000 kms) , I’m driving it mostly in the highways and at times within the city. I’m getting mileage of 40 km/pl, after the first service the mineral oil will be replaced replaced with synthetic oil and engine will be fine tuned. This will unlock the engine to its full potential, it’s not a powerful machine but it is the perfect bike for touring.
@@Devils_corner07 Damn, 40kmpl for a 250cc is way too awesome! Yeah I agree, perfect for touring. I don't need to go over 150km/h on the highways, and this does 140 so it's pretty good. The 18 litre fuel tank is the reason why I wanna stick with this bike. I wonder if you had the aggressive ABS problem and if they fixed it at the first service.
@@kiranfernandes2261 : The ABS lacks the bite , you need to work the levers to get the maximum. In the city I’m getting close to 28-30 km/pl. I’m pleased with the mileage , I believe the numbers will improve after first service.
The Benelli trk 251 is not a great bike than it's elder sibling the trk 501 . But this trk 251 will be the choice of those who are not enthusiast or craving for off roading and who is not interested in stunting
I have a second hand Pulsar 180 dtsi UG3 bought in 2017, and I'm aching to get the trk 251. The 502 is way too heavy, and not good for these roads, so 251 is just perfect. I would've gone for BMW G310 GS, but I'm staying away due to the tiny fuel tank.
