The Korte Company worked closely with the client and HPA, Inc. in the development of a cutting-edge industrial warehouse facility located on a 9-acre parcel in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Tilt-Up 190,570-square-foot facility includes 185,950 square feet of warehouse space and a 4,356-square-foot office space.
The warehouse space is tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern logistics, featuring 27 truck dock doors measuring 8 feet by 10 feet high, supplemented by truck ramp doors and 13 truck dock pits. With a towering high pile storage capacity of 36 feet, the facility offers ample room for efficient inventory management and storage.
Security is paramount in the design and features a 12-foot-high security fence enveloping the premises as well as a secure entrance gate.
