Thank you for this! need a good maintenance routine for my lower back. I swear it's because I'm a fetal position sleeper.
This is essentially what I was asked to do when I needed to do prayer stretches and lumbar spine exercises could you perhaps do a tutorial for me when I get my exercises as I always struggle reading them
