As a senior citizen😂, I prefer one floor with open concept. I am currently building my retirement home. I specifically told my contractor na ayaw ko ng malaki at ma maintained na bahay. Dahil kpag retired ka n, you make less. The bigger the house, the more expensive to maintain. Be practical. Congratulations though!
