People are so very nice in La Union. Very Clean place. Lots to do and see. Waterfalls, surfing and diving. Not to mention they have Malls, hospitals and lots of entertainment / live music venues!

Guy was living in that place that worked in one of the resorts near by I believe. And a worker that was fixing it up stayed there recently. 👍 Not much of a wall. But I think it's a very low crime area. I was told 15k last person rented for... and now 20k. But have to know that close to the beach or that beach side of the road is gonna be 20% more than the other side of McArthur.👍

Hi Mark, did I miss you mention the monthly price at the end of video?? I'm guessing PHP 25k. I'd take your place over this house, don't have a green thumb. Plus I don't think I can take the strain of taking those extra steps to the beach 😅🤣 Looking forward to the drone.

How about the price of that house and lot? The location, and the neighborhood vibe is what I’m looking for. San Juan is at the top of my list to check out.
I’m in a good situation (lucky). lol Philippine law lets a person born there buy, even if they are no longer a citizen of the Philippine.
Hi Tony. Not sure of the price for the house. It wasn't for sale. Land in San Juan La Union near or on the beach front is about 7000 per square meter. but on the other side of the highway you can get it for 2000 per square meter...

Thanks for the showing . I bet they are negotiable . How much were you paying at your first place that has the kubo? I like your area and like to stay around there . If we like the area probably want to buy a house or land.
I was paying 20K at first place.. but back then things were really booming.. and hard to find a place. Now.. you can get better deals.. Now i'm in a place twice as big. two bathrooms.. nicer kitchen.. split type ac .. for the same price.. 20K per month...

So hard to find houses for rent in La Union. Everyone wants to do daily or weekly. Long term is so hard to find. Any tips?
just drive around.. and ask local Sari Sari stores for any houses in the area for rent. FB marketplace usually has a buy sell rent group you can join for the area also!
