Love watching these late at night with my nighttime beer.
Love, love seeing the quiet streets lined with the kinds of buildings and houses. Thank you for taking time to film these videos. ❤
Sweet little town! Brownsville is located on US Route 40, also known as The National Road. It was the first "paved" route extending from Maryland and ending in Illinois. It was the first federally funded highway and opened up what was then the interior of the United States. There are still a number of buildings in Brownsville and the surrounding area that were built at the same time as the road.
thats like silent hill or resident evil town anyway awesome content again footage great
It definitely has a vibe like that. Thanks so much for watching John!
$3.89/gal for gas?!? That’s not Brownsville…that’s Crazy Town! 😁😂😊 Also, LOVED that abandoned church in the opening shots. Very captivating at night.
I must say that even with it's economic problums, it's pretty clean Thanks for your vids, never miss a one
Love these night moves.
This channel is so under-appreciated
@@hoodsnhollers thanks for making these videos. This is history right here. You're basically an anthropological documentarian.
Further in the video, it's looking kinda like a nice small town.
Some of the town is abandoned yet interesting and the rest looks pretty nice.
This is how buildings were built
Everywhere they were so BIG built like castles
Wow! Creepy! Love the night drives! ❤
Slightly creepy and spooky, but fascinating. I didn't see one person walking anywhere; like a post-apocalypse zombie movie !
Some creepy looking old buildings there. Looks like a scary movie setting.
Even though all of these buildings look haunted, this neighbourhood still feels far more peaceful and safe than any street of Compton, LA or Belmont, Detroit.
Eerie, yet beautiful at the same time. I wonder what it would be like living in a place like that, as I imagine there are a handful of residents still left. Since the tax base is largely destroyed, I would imagine municipal services are "slim to none." Though it was interesting to note the fire department vehicle at the beginning.
Very sad. Thank you. Nice video.
That church on the left baptist church of Brownsville my parents got married in it in 1957 just burned up
Cairo, Illinois might be worth a visit at night, looks pretty creepy in the day time ! Watching from Australia .
I drove thru jeannette, Pennsylvania at night once its was extremely creepy, also torrington connecticut
Great one clean town
It's still kinda creeping me out.
Thank you! :O)
Shoutout to Brownsville!!! Dude you need to do Vestaburg and Fredericktown both down the road!
Cool video! The first part in the empty downtown area reminded me of the movie "The Omega Man". Very spooky. But the buildings were very interesting and those narrow streets - horse & buggy era? Thank you!!
Where is everyone??
You must have gone there really late ... or really early
I loved the channel 👍🏻 the quality of photography is great 😍 what is the name of the camera?
Night riders wooooo
Lugar assustador 😱
Also not far from here. It used to be “the hub” back in the coal mining days. It does have a castle though. Nemacolin Castle. :)
Have you driven through downtown Monessen? Pretty bad there as well.
Must not be any gangs or undesirable elements there, I'd swear I saw no graffiti anywhere.
😮😮😮😮😮
It's a absolute shame what happened to Brownsville.
Come to DETROIT
Houses were super big
All abandoned no one can afford to keep them up
You would have have lots of $$$$$$$
I have a few Detroit videos on the channel uploaded check them out. Thanks!
SILENT HILL 😅
هل هناك منع للتجول أم ماذا ؟
DAT SCARY HOODZ U HURRD
Love the architecture on the older buildings.
