though this looks good, the best aloo paratha must not be too fried or crunchy and must have a thick filling of aloo inside it. since this is a typical North Indian dish, I prefer Punjabi/Himachali recipes rather than this Bengali version.
I think it is presence wirh the crispness though cause when I make different rotis I always crisp mine more , then the others as for the filling add more that's all
