Hi Chris I have now watched several of your video, I am so impress that I can now tell farmers that they can apply a full organic system on their farms with lots of acreage, if they do not have enough manure to fertilise their land. I would suggest they watch your video. I know many that seems to think it is all tedious. I came across a book with details on how to make compost tea using a bubbler it seemed simple so I tried it. That year I had the greenest sweetest tomatoes and some other vegetable that I sprayed with the compost tea proved to be very successful. I got rid of a pesky mould in my green house that year. I practice permaculture gardening. Looking forward to trying some of the ideas from your video I don't have a large farm but I'd like to encourage more people to follow this system for the betterment of our soil. Thanks for the video
I made it last night and in the morning I added JMS and let it brew for 15 minutes then applyed it as a soil drench. It’s been a few hours and the plants are vigorous!
If I already have a deep arborist woodchip mulch in place (which definitely has various fungi living in it), would this work well sprayed on the surface and then watered to drive it deeper through the mulch to the soil? Perhaps right before a heavy rain is expected?
Aloha! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Was wondering if you have videos that show how to use what you make? How to use it with plants depending on stages of plants, etc. I'd like to use this option of organic growing, especially since I know what is being put in my soil but also cost. Except I'm not sure how much of it or the strength that I can use on my vegetables & trees. Mahalo! Aloha
If I want to use this in furrow on corn or beans at 5 gallons/acre what would be the dilution rate? Or if I wanted to spray foliar what would it be? My sprayer is setup for 20gallon/acre
Hey Chris thanks for all the help! From your videos I've learned to get off the bottle sort of speak. I have a couple questions please if you have the time. 1. Why add the FAA after brewing? Wouldn't it help the biology grow faster? 2. Can I use sea salt instead of sea water. I'm inland a little bit, and do t get to the ocean often. 3. Also I've seen you swirl your arm in water a few times prior to adding ingredients. Is this away of removing chlorine? 4. Is it ok to use IMO 2 if I haven't yet made IMO 3-4-5? Thank you for your time. I really do appreciate all your teachings and videos. From my family to yours, have a blessed day.
Hey! Great questions: 1.) fish creates an inferior compost tea if added during brew. 2.) sea salt 30grams/1liter = sea water. Fine to use just make sure there is no “anti caking agent” 3.) yes, works almost instantly 4.) yes of course, though IMO4 is the best! Enjoy the journey!! 😊💚
If all you have is IMO2 (so you would not be using a straining bag) do you still need to use 2 air stones? Also - would you advise NOT putting LAB in with this kind of recipe?
In your advanced recipe sheet you have labs in there but that will take it very bacterial, I understand you no longer recommend adding labs? Is this correct?
I'm sitting here at Camel Rock looking at tons of fossilized bird guano. I wonder how well IMO 5 would digest that but I guess you would have to make some bird guano IMO 1 to use as a starter.
I'm very new to this so apologies in advance. Can I add to this mix rockdust and would liquid imo in this video make it available to the plant roots (chelating process) ? Thanks

Great work Chris. Love your videos. A couple questions: 1. What age must my seedlings be before I can use this? (new seedlings in potting soil) 2. Can I use it as an initial watering for seedlings once they go in the ground? or should I just spray some in the hole my seedlings are going in? I'm using a homemade super soil. 3. As a foliar spray, would once a week, or every two weeks be ok (at dusk of course)?
1.) any age (its gentle) 2.) both, though for early leaves I might cut it to 50% so they don’t get ‘drunk’ 3.) once a week is too much. Every other week max, and then you need to observe to make sure they aren’t getting woozy. (my video “SES” shows a weekly spray)
hey chris,i heard this SOS is best solution for Soil salinity control could you please specify ratio and how many times to spray rice paddy ,thanks for your support

Liquid IMO in this video is soil treatment solution+aeration. It is great to use on the soil 1 week before planting. With rice you could spray every one or two months. Oh! This reminds me of producing AACT; or, actively aerated compost teas. Actually, I think that this is the exact same process, just without all of the extra stuff. You see, AACT just uses compost, a strainer (or cheese cloth) and an aeration device (like the air stone). Cool! Thanks for the free information!
Yep, very similar Byron :) except for the ingredients, which is a vital difference. We used AACT over the years on 360 acres and had very limited results. Liquid indigenous microorganism has yielded incredible results on 750 acres. You should give it a try :)
Chris by fresh brown rice do you mean it is cooked or just raw/uncooked and put into a jar with distilled water for 6 months (with all other instructions...out of sun, breathable lid)?
Amazing stuff! Then apply this as a microbe tea to your soils. Have you heard of that being done?

Hello great work man, long time no any vids...If you ever will read this , i need your advice of how tow make brown sugar, right now i am using grade B white sugar ( it is a bit brownish,i think there is a little bit of molasses) + molasses . Brown sugar in local shops is bloody expensive,my wife will hang me :))

So I'm presuming FPJ is fermented plant juice(?) BRV - brown rice vinegar(?) What? humic acid isn't HA?😀 BTW, I found the opposite using humic acid in a liquid. In experiments run with varying degrees of humic acid we found that microbial growth was retarded. I'd be interested in seeing your results.
Thx a lot Chris! Your videos make it so much more easier to do. I'm a hands on show me kind of guy. Started to do research on KNF and ran across Your vids. Best so far as explaning how to. Can I make imo1 by collecting from the mountains and just placing it in rice and culture it at home? Is this the same as leaving it in tha mountains? Aloha
I think you cannot call that Liquid Imo. Or only one part. This is an AACT and both, aerobic or anaerobic bioreactor is Liquid IMO. To have a complete microorganism booster you need put at the end of brewing process also the good anaerobic microorganis kills in the oxider brewing. To make that possible you can brewing the same ingredient but in a close jar. I suggest to put about 3times sugar/molasses more because you can conserve the anaerobic brew for more time then aerobic brew and you can use many times. Now is a complete Liquid IMO
+John Speer haha, do you send it to bio labs or check each batch under a microscope? I do :) molasses is terrible for multiplying diversity... unless you pre-ferment and use a small amount. This IS liquid IMO and I have worked through this process over 5 years of checking my work. Thank you for your thoughts :)
Is not important what you think is important use to ferment only. The fact is you promote only the aerobic part of your imo3 and not the anaerobic. Is not complete but an oxide selection. Look that with micros and than say me ahahahah
Ok today the AACT is liquide IMO because you have see under microscope but that is possible in all AACT. You use only IMO for inoculate! Have you never see anaerobic tea under microscope? Is not the same bacteria/fungi of AACT but the anaerobic selection! You can use Humic FPJ or othersyou write. I use too but the juice not change. Only Aerobic selection.

Your presentation is better than Mr. Cho's sons interpretation. I have seen the acid as a powder. Your links seem to be cracked or broken.
Sir , why does the imo needs only 2 tablespoon ?
in 1 liter ?
Hello great work man, long time no any vids...If you ever will read this , i need your advice of how tow make brown sugar, right now i am using grade B white sugar ( it is a bit brownish,i think there is a little bit of molasses) + molasses . I mix this couple and dry it under the sun,so far so good. But i want to get a word from a pro.
Sry for my broken english.
With best regards.
PS. Brown sugar in local shops is bloody expensive,my wife will hang me :))
learned a lot! thanks for sharing.
what is c water?
Sea water
I am from India I can't.understan sir plz say me in our English means
great work really. the thoroughness is stunning. but now Chris you need to do us another service. and that is to tell us how to use all these concoctions, IMOs and all
mygreathanks
I do need to make those videos :)
What is IMO?
Seu vídeos são um beneficio para à humanidade.Eternamente grato.
What form of humic acid did you use? Dry powder?
Great Video Chris, just got my IMO#3 cooling and other NF concoction going on as well.thanks for the great videos, they are great learning materials
excellent video amazing stuff a real beauty
Thx a lot Chris! Your videos make it so much more easier to do. I'm a hands on show me kind of guy. Started to do research on KNF and ran across Your vids. Best so far as explaning how to. Can I make imo1 by collecting from the mountains and just placing it in rice and culture it at home? Is this the same as leaving it in tha mountains? Aloha
Glad you like them :) you can make a ‘forest’ at home for your rice with mountain microbes :) have fun!
You're here because want to know who liquid chris chan is right?
I write sugar/molasses. I remember you all the reproduction in KNF is in Brown Sugar
That’s basically compost tea, I thought KNF was all anaerobic, interesting,,,
What is FPJ ?
