Hey mate glad to hear you like it!
Some of these songs are in the same key and some of them were transposed into this key (D Major). It works because they're all in the same chord progression which is I (D), IV (G), V (A) and Vi (b minor) . Music theory is a bit tricky but if you google 'chord progression' and ' 4 chord songs ' you should be able to find a thorough explanation or video.
it's really useful to get into that topic especially for you as a guitarist!
