  • Hello po for today’s video po tuturuan ko kayong mag luto ng masarap na Tinapa sa Kawali ..dahil sobrang mahal ang tinapa dito sa America kaya magluluto nalang tayo..Napaka dali lang gawin at makaka tipid kapa..Tara guys panoorin natin ang video kung papano ko ito ginawa at kung ano ang mga ginamit nating pampa usok sa tinapa..Sa mga bago po dito sa aming channel sana po mag subscribe kayo at paki check nyo ang mga ibat ibang putahe na amin ng nai luto..Maraming salamat po at Godbless sa ating lahat!😊🙏

    Pang Brine:
    2 Lbs. Galunggong
    Asin
    Tubig
    Pampa usok:
    1/2 Cup Bigas
    Kahoy
    3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
    4 Pcs.Tea Bags
    Pampa kulay:
    1/3 Cup Hot water
    1 Tbsp. Anato Powder
    2 Tbsp. Toyo

    sa nagcomment na kailangang tanggalin ang hasang at bituka ofcourse linisin mong maigi pero pag bumibili naman tayo ng paninda sa palenke ganon naman hindi nila tinatanggal ang hasang importante linisinmong mabuti diba para buong tignan yong tinapa basta linising maigi ok lang anyway thanks for sharing good idea

    Ask lang po sa nagsabing alisan ng bituka, bakit may nabili na po ba kayong tinapa na walang hasang at bituka🤣🤣🤣 saka mahuhugasan nmn pong mabuti kahit may bituka at hasang, and sure po ba kayo na lahat ng binibili nyo anywhere eh malinis at healthy, huwag nga kayo papansin, ndi nmn kayo pinipilit na gawin, may mga food chain nga na paghati mo sa manok, sariwa pa sa loob ang dugo pero sarap na sarap ang iba, saka kinakain nmn ang dugo diba favorite nga ang dinuguan eh, huwag nga kayo masyadong papansin at nagmamarunong, gumawa ang may gusto, ung ayaw d huwag, who cares 🤣🤣🤣 basta ako thankfull sa sharing this video, favorite ko ang tinapa, dito sa amin 3 pcs 75 pesos, so mas malaki matitipid pag ako na gagawa, want to sawa pa. Tignan mo ang life span ng mga Pilipino kumapara sa mga ibang lahi na malilinis ang pagkain. Sa Japan na mahilig kumain ng isda o laman dagat, kailan man ay nililinis mabuti ang kanilang isda bago lutuin. Sa Europa, ganoon din. Maski saan parte ng mundo , ang mga laman dagat ay nililinius bago kainnin.

      Para po sa cleaning, I will remove the gills and guts then wash really good. Not sure what do they eat specially if farmed.

    Sis ako rin gumagawa ng tinapa saka daing at pag ganito ang ulam ko 4gets ko name ni misis at walang tinapa na inalisan ng laman loob un daing pwede pa at ang kaibahan lang natin ay pini prito pa natin either salt or fresh water fish iisa lang ang lasa dahil sa laman loob d2 sa ibang bansa fresh talaga from fishing boat to fish market hindi tulad sa atin ay ilado na nakatinda parin at wag naman magalit sa akin kaya pag nauwi ako sa atin umagang umaga npunta ko ng pandawan pra duon bumili, maski mga kasama ko na european or stateside bakit ganun raw ang taste iba pag walang bituka😊

      In a bowl with 1/3 cup of water I dissolved 1 Tbsp. Anato powder and then I added about 2 Tbsp. of Soy sauce po, then I transferred it to the spray bottle..Thank you po and Godbless!😊

      Hindi po kase nilagyan ko po ng foil..Nung una po medyo nahirapan ako pero binabad ko sya sa Baking soda then the next day na gumawa ako nag lagay napo ako ng foil sobrang dali pong tanggalin kasi sumasama lahat ng pampa usok..salamat po and Godbless..😊

    Hahaha naalala ko tuloy sa mga taga maynila, pag nag paksiw sila ng bangus,hindi kinakaliskisan at inaalisan ng bituka ang isda. Hindi ako nagreklamo ( sa isang karenderya ) pero d ko kinain ang inorder kong paksiw na bangus. Umorder nalang ako ng ibang ulam...sa probinsya kase namin nililinis at kinakaliskisan ang isda lalo na ang bangus pwera pag ihawin ( pero tinatanggal pa rin ang bituka ) iba iba naman kase ang kinakasanayan ng tao.wag nyo na po i-bash si sir 😅

    Bilib ako sa iyo iha, para maisip mo yang pagluluto ng tinapa. Nakauwi na ako ng Pilipinas kaya bumibili na lang ako ng gawa na dito sa Cavite. Ok lang na di alisin ang hasang at bituka basta hugasan mo lang mabuti ang isda kasi pangit tingnan pag may butas ang isda total di mo naman kakainin ang mga bituka, madudurog ang isda. Merong smoker na nabibili mura lang sa Home Depot at meron din kahoy na nabibili pang smoke para madali. Meron ding smoking liquid na nabibili sa grocery sa US. Mukhang masarap yong naluto mong isda. Malaking tulong yan sa ating mga kababayan na nasa ibang bansa.
