The weirdest part (perhaps even a plot hole) is Capone stabbing his own man, like that give him a cruel reputation but when we see him later in the story, he's actually a good captain that cares for his men, reason's why they're all loyal to him, what was that about?

Probably some last minute character design choices. Wouldn't be the first time a character acted or looked one way then did a 180 out of nowhere. Especially with appearances. Big mom and especially Kaido looked NOTHING like they currently do when first introduced as siloettes. That or maybe he just had a personality change after 2 years

@@flashkirby101 Yeah i think i read that Oda invented the Supernova really just before starting Sabaody (a last minute add) and he first intended to make most of them die to show the NW is no joke
He changed his ideas apparently ^^
On the same topic, Bogard, Garp's right-hand man in the beggining of One Piece (when Koby and Hermep train, post Water 7...) completely disappeared from the story after the TS, despite being the right-hand of the legendary marine
