I mean to say that the part which is hanging inside down portion put that outside, otherwise the top part is in right place,only the down part place it outside,than the rain water will run outside.
U can put that balcony curtain the other way,I mean place it outside the wall than the water will flow outside it wouldn't wet the the inside part of your balcony.
