- In October 2008 this abandoned preschool was forced to close permanently when their certificate to operate was revoked for failing to file the annual report for the year.

Man, it’s a shame all those toys and books were just left there. It’s surprising how much of it all is still in really good shape! If someone wanted to, they could just go take some of that stuff, clean them up, and find new homes for them. I’m sure there are kids out there who would appreciate those toys and books, and even the vhs tapes. It would be far better than just leaving them to rot down there. It’s also very weird to think that the kids in those graduation caps and gowns are all in their 50’s nowadays.
Also, what kind of batteries did that one toy have? That was hella impressive!

How do you did that daycare and or at school? Can you take that that could happen and see what is it in it if you have windows little things then listen to music or put it on TV and will navy show the shut down part or why them shut down it on why them we did it or banded it
Man, this place made me cry a little bit. I live in Canada, but I remember listening to stories on tape, playing with the old toys like those Little Tikes phones with faces oh them where the eyes would move when you rolled them. And the those lawnmower things where the balls would fly inside the round bit when you rolled them And I remember just being a kid in the 90s and 2000s. Thank you for bringing back the 90s nostalgia. I wish I was a daycare kid again1

I was never in a time capsule daycare I was in normal daycare that wasn’t a time capsule daycare
The people in that picture in the classroom from back in the day in the basement should all get together again in that classroom and have a reunion 😂

After natural disasters, a lot of times people will create Facebook or other social media pages where they post pictures that are found in the rubble or sometimes miles from the site. The goal is to return them to the people whose memories are recorded in those pictures. Could something like that be done with the pictures of the children (now adults) in that abandoned school? Could someone in that town be contacted to do so? It seems like someone should try to preserve the pictures before time demolishes them. I would think the people in the pictures and their families would like to have them digitalized.
Hopefully those were only the school's copies, the families might have their own.

The Epson "computer" actually appears to be a word processor from maybe the early 90s.
Yeah I remember those! Kinda like the combination of a typewriter and a computer!

That's what I was thinking. I remember using similar word processors way back in the late 80s and early 90s when I was in college. I just had an electric typewriter, but the campus library had the word processors we could use for free
It's kinda weird they converted an old house into a daycare preschool center I could see why it shut down it was too old of a building and a bit dangerous to children.

The age of a building doesn't really matter. As long as it's up to safety standards. My old school is 85 years old and still going. Also it's fairly common to see a preschool and daycare made from an old house. They are not usually government and aren't in public schools. In fact kindergarten isn't mandatory in most states. I actually went straight into 1st grade in 1985 because the kindergarten had too expensive tuition for my parents.

It was set to be around the 70s to 2007 so they aren’t that old
Well now I just realized it might have been in the 50s so it’s really old, they might be up to 50 or 60 years old now maybe some of them died
Info that i gathered: This daycare was popular back in the day and earned alot of money until a worker/lady got sick of it and killed some children and the blood was ink unless it is new blood and a killer was recently there. blood doesn’t stay red it turns rusty brown and the daycare closed after the crime of the lady.

I learned at this school my whole entire pre-k time, I remember the small halloween party the school would do, the costume room is for the people that don’t have costumes, it was a good time.

@@alexandersalarms5380Not really at the time, however, it was in a bad location. There were homeless people everywhere, and there was a lockdown when we were there. However, the teacher were amazing, and it had a good vibe!

I use to have a Border Collie called Barney he was the best aswell 😊 Such a shame this place is wrecked. Children's memories scattered about that's very sad. But always a great explore 👍

That destroyed wall looked more like scrappers tearing open the wall. I have never seen that model of computer before. I didn't know Epson made anything beyond printers. Why would there be a need to blur out the phone number for a place that has been closed for 15/16 years? The sand went in the turtle sandbox! My daughter had one when she was a toddler! 1961?? That is older than me! Scrappers and decay tore that bathroom up! Nice pencil sharpener in the basement! The blood was really creepy. Looks like somebody cut themselves getting through the window. Cool video! Interesting so much stuff was left beyond!

I'm pretty sure that Epson is a word processor/printer. It looks similar to the Smith-Corona word processor that I had in the mid-nineties.

I like older equipment. I have a 1950's Kodak brownie projector 📽. And an electronic typewriter, also by Brother, model SX 4000.

This was my old preschool and that only desk was probably one of my friends desk and me and my friends were in the pictures.the crib was most likely the one I slept in or my friends the purple dress was mine bc I spilled water on it and it wouldn't dry enough so the teacher made me hang it and they called my mom for a change of clothes clothes I also remember wearing the black and red dress in one of the photos.I do miss the preschool tho. The toy drum was mine or my friends. I have graduated yet is still suck at drawing lol

i have a feeling that they maybe kept those pictures for maybe copies and/or maybe for like yearbooks if they even had any. or they might just keep them for like possible records maybe or something like that but im not sure. i would ask my father, since he was born before the 80's, but not to sure if he'll know XD.

Oh man, the photos and everything just break my heart! My son's daycare closed in August and I am sad thinking about his school sitting closed like this.
i feel like they DEFINITELY had more toys in that building when that place was open. the toys they did have, there weren’t very many honestly. maybe some of the kids took them home or something, or people could have stolen some, idk lol. but omg, those my little ponies!!!! those my little ponies are from G3 of MLP, which started in 2003. i was a little girl in the 2000’s, so i used to have some G3 ponies. there are 4 ponies in this video (i feel like they had a lot more of them at some point but) and those ponies names are: sparkleworks (orange one), wysteria (light purple one laying face down), twinkle twirl (purple one with orange hair), and starcatcher (the white one with the tinsel in hair and pegasus wings). i just love generation 3 of my little pony so much

either someone was cut a few miniutes before hand or thats not blood. Blood turns a redish brown as it dries blood dires at room temp in abut 60 minutes.

That computer was an Epson Equity LT Q150, a turbo XT class laptop from about 1989/90 that ran MSDOS. It had a liquid crystal display with a backlight.
Pretty cool to see a Spider-Man book and a Wiggles VHS from my childhood. My parents didn’t let me watch Barney as a kid lol. It’s crazy that there was blood in the building.

I was going to assume that someone was inside when you guys showed up and you spooked them, so their first thought was to get out the window... But that theory would make more sense if the blood was outside the window. That's seems more like someone who recently cut themselves coming in.. but why isnt there more blood around the place...? That looked like it would have left a bit of a trail lol or even if it was someone unsuccessfully trying to leave through the window, there would likely be blood somewhere else they went through, no? Interesting.
Considering some of the things you guys found in there whoever it was may not have even felt it to start with. 😬

All those toys and preschool things should be donated to a school in need. If you're doing this kind of stuff, please resurch where you can donate some of that stuff. You have no idea just how expensive that stuff can be.

You could find a buyer for this place who can help restore it good as new or find a local owner of schools to come buy it. Or as a alternative, donate the stuff as long as it's in good condition to a Goodwill or any thrift store.
I remember when I was a kid I was in preschool I used to play with my camera and listen to music and preschool was to have fun

When I was watching this with my sister, and as we saw the blood, my sister looked at me and saw my pupils go smaller, me and her were freaking out by it. Also about the blood, if it was fresh, who could have done that??? Like a teacher abusing a child that’s why it was forced to close or something like that?
