those red bull helmets being replaced by Discovery+ just won't be the same...huge step backwards by the UCI who can always find a way to mess good things up.

I look at every bike ride as a Hero's Journey. Just as you gain insights about your growth from pushing yourself to new plateaus, crashing also teaches you a lot about yourself. Nothing makes you feel quite so alive as having pain coursing through your body. There's valuable lessons to be gained about from both the physical and emotional sides of healing. Life will always throw slings and arrows at us. I find that I'm better prepared for facing the challenges of life just by riding my bike.
A crash or a P18 don't define yourself. It's what you've accomplished at that race who show what's and who you really are... A pure Hungry Mtb machine. thanks for that Emi ;)
You folks are a strong team and the results will come. Apply your fortitude and strength on things you can control and face the obstacles in your way with the grace you have. Love seeing you girls racing. Go 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thanks for sharing and thanks for being a real person. You are very important for women’s MTB. And MTB in general. Most racers are very hidden and kind of quiet about what they do. I personally love the “real” part of racing. It’s hard as hell and it takes a lot of dedication. But at the end of the day, we are all human and need to be nice. Life is very short.
Hi Emily hope you well , there is a peson that clone your Profile and make us to believe that we won a Fan base Competition and tell us to Go on telegram and then at the end it's a scam were by we have to pay money to get the bike we Apprently have won....this Suck I was Relly Relly happy Even to have Cht with you but have quickly found out it was NOT you ...Ag well just wanted you to know and all the ppl on here that their is NO Competition running !!!
From the outside it is difficult to see just how tough the racing is and the knocks you take are brutal. What an amazing group of people you work with though. Thank you for this insight into the parts that we, the fans, really don't get to see! xx
