Hi Jo 😊 Yes you sure can visit the blowholes without staying there. There’s a natural aquarium too which is supposed to be amazing for a snorkel but it was too windy when we were there to go in! There’s a huge car park with a fish and chip van at the blowholes that you can park at 😊 it’s black top all the way up to the King Waves Kill sign, then it’s 2wd accessible right up to the camp ground. No unfortunately Wooramel does not have powered sites but they have certain areas where you can have a generator. Yes Wooramel is 2wd accessible, the road in might be a bit corrugated or wet depending on the weather and if it’s been graded recently. Hope that info helps 😊
