I'm an older guy who didn't start learning Guitar till I was permanently disabled in a Motorcycle accident when I was 52 years old, I was a Carpet layer for the 30 + yrs prior to that so I have very stiff and arthritic hands, I admitted to myself day 1 that I was never going to be Eddie VanHalen , so Practice and get good at the stuff I can manage to play 1st, like this ,. It's Beautiful or Cavatina ( The theme from " The Deer Hunter ) I'm 58 now and doing quite well I'm being told by friends both younger and older that also play, I live for pieces like this ,GREAT JOB MAN, Keep 'em coming Thanks The Old Dudes . . . .
We are very similar only I was an auto mechanic I'm 59 been playing about 10 yrs now.I am also disabled. I have many physical problems.If we play good enough to make ourselves smile. That's enough. Cheers Rock on.

I really don't like practicing arpeggios but throughout my playing, I am slowly incorporating them into my playing. Panos is the brother of my heart because he inspires me to play clean as well as fast.
I find myself watching this video so many times a year...and it demonstrates how beautiful can sound a guitar when the player knows the job.. Panos can be fast as a demon.... but this time is just a master class of vibratos.. bendings... and emotion. Thanks sir for these videos. They inspire me, and makes me pick up my guitar and play.
