It can be a lot of work and investment, but multiple layers have been working well the last few winters. I know all the native plants will rise from the ashes though!
Anyone else discover that their brassicas had rotted. They looked good on the outside but when I cut them open they were rotten😢. They weren’t to full size yet. I feel bad for the farmers. At least I’m not depending on mine for my livelihood.

I used some frost cloth…one layer and only half covering the container. I knew I should be doing better. Thanks for showing us how!

I have to admit I only used one layer but it was the heavy duty stuff from Natural Gardner. How did you fare Scott?
I was pleasantly surprised by how well the garden did. Although there were a few plants that got nipped, most of them look healthy and happy.
