The soundtrack for the movie really exceeded all of my expectations, and in my opinion this Michael Giacchino's magnum opus

Honestly, its tied between The Incredibles, Ratatouille and this for my favorite Giacchino ost.
Man Matogolf already has an amazing mix from the Christopher Nolan Batman’s, and now this, it’s too good to be true.
He should just do a mix of the OG Danny Elfman and he will have completed the trilogy!!!

The transition between Halloween and Anger Zone had me beaming
the end of "Funeral and Far Between" is so magical...so melancholic
Half a year later and I still love this movie so much,unlike modern cashgrabs it feels like the producers actually tried with this movie and felt like they were going for entertainment purposes not just to make money
I love how the music almost mimics that of an old detective movie, making it sound old and mysterious
I like how the Batman theme is a mix between the Funeral March and Imperial March
This music is soothing, inspiring, and relaxing....all at the same time.
That transition at 4:50 was CLEAN
@matogolf I know that it’s not in the OST, but I highly suggest you to think about inserting in your cut the “Ave Maria” song mixed with The Batman theme that Giacchino created for the Oreo campaign. That’s a banger! Anyway I can’t wait, let’s go!
I too think it works with the mix and was surprised it wasn't included but I can also see why. I think it only really fits at the end, and we have the beautiful piano rendition at the end anyway, so it might take away the impact of that.
Just watched the movie this weekend, but now the experience is complete.

I really like the tone of the soundtrack, it's noir and dark at the same time, reminds a lot of the more folcloric style of batman's stories, and draws inspiration from the arkham games. I did feel it got a bit too generic in some cases, like "oooh scary part needs high pitched violins!", but the themes are really great.
Masterpiece. Gotta be one of my favourite scores and my new definitive theme when I think of Batman. And as far as I've gone through this cut, awesome stuff!

superior for you, but the Zimmer themes are way more iconic, even Danny Elfman Batman Soundtrack is 10 times better than Giaccionos boring and repetitive music
