Dear Kailash, We sold the vehicle to OLX more than year back. RC Original was collected by OLX and we see that vehicle is being used (Got two RTO tickets not wearing seat belts) without transferring the RC. OLX is not responding to phone or emails for last nine months, Can we use the RC cancellation process? so that vehicle can be seized before it is misused? Or is there any other process?

Sir I had sold my vehicle to a person and he wanted to register in a different RTO. So i gave him the NOC and all the required documents. Now still he has not done the transfer process and he sold it to some other person without transferring. All the challans are now being sent to me. Can i still cancel the NOC and cancel the RC to avoid any misuse ? Can you please help me with this please ?

To the best of my knowledge section 55(1) does not demand for inspection report by MVI nor does it demand chassis cut piece.If my vehicle is incapable of use on road how will I carry it to the RTO’s office for inspection?the MVI will never come to my place for inspection.Such types of unlawful/un required practice prevents a person to adopt lawful procedures
Yes sir you are right it is not mandatory but for satisfaction of RA that vehicle is really destroying or incapable in use RA may inspect vehicle because as we know so many frauds are going in vehicles specially regarding finance issue

First you submit copy of Form 29 in concern RTO. After you may raise legal notice to OLX for transfer you may be safe if any misused

Now still he has not done the transfer process and he sold it to some other person without transferring. All the challans are now being sent to me. To the best of my knowledge section 55(1) does not demand for inspection report by MVI nor does it demand chassis cut piece.If my vehicle is incapable of use on road how will I carry it to the RTO’s office for inspection?the MVI will never come to my place for inspection.Such types of unlawful/un required practice prevents a person to adopt lawful procedures

Chassis number 4 week pehle cut ho chuki hai. par koi update nahi hai. last week se hum log RTO visit kar rahe hai pr bol rahe hai ke Server down hai aur hamara HPA ka Validation bhi expire ho raha hai this week to hum is bat ki compaint kaha kare. RTO se koi response nahi mil raha. or NIC bol rahi hai ke RTO ko visit kro.

सर मैने 10 महीने पहले अपनी कार दूसरे जिले मे बेचीं थी जिसकी noc मैने कटवा के ग्राहक को दे दी थी लेकिन उसने अभी तक गाड़ी अपने नाम दर्ज नही करवाई है 4 दिन बाद गाड़ी की फिटनेस भी ख़तम होने वाली है ।
