    Benefits of the Safety Step
    - Non-Slip Staircase Steps
    - Tool Tray and Handrail
    - Lightweight
    Non-Slip Staircase Steps
A stepladder should be comfortable to stand on, and the Safety Step makes that a reality. With its ultra-wide steps, it feels like walking up a staircase, not a ladder.
    Tool Tray and Handrail
Gone are the days of feeling vertigo while working on a stepladder. With the rotating handrail, you will feel stable while working on the Safety Step. Plus, the handrail also features a tool tray. Place your materials on the tray for easy access while working.

I didn’t use it for sometime and forgot how to close it, I searched from U tube and found this video, it is a bit hard to pull up as my ladder has four steps. Shu I put some oil to smooth it? Thank you so much 😊

you should definitely use any dry-lube on any moving parts! That will help it if it's been a while since you've used it.

The handle you're resting your arm on in the video, is it supposed to be a little wobble ? (The pins on the ladder are in place where they are supposed to be.)

Yes, it does have some tolerance in the hinge, this is normal.

And how many inches in between each step? I want one that's good for short or older people

the Jumbo Step and the Safety Step have a 9 inch rise, so it feels more like going up and down stairs. The Jumbostep is what I would recommend - it is lighter at only 16 pounds, and the 4 step is 20 pounds.

Where can I find a 4 step ladder? Many companies sell them for different prices who has the best price?

If you go to Lowe's, they usually have a good price on the Jumbo Step! Even their 4 step is a good price. We also sell it on our website but Lowes usually has a better price unless we're having a sale.

Also check out the JumboStep - it is in aluminum or fiberglass and 375 lbs rated, and weighs even less!
