One thing I make in the morning is: EVOO+grass fed butter+heavy cream+pinch of salt in your coffee. It’s like eating a full meal and will keep you alert and full for hours. It has completely changed my appetite.

This is my morning routine. 1 tablespoon of the exact olive that you are holding. Along with a 20oz bootle of alkaline water. I may occasionally add a dash of some Himalayan salt. But straight is great for me.
I started today, found an extra virgin olive oil that has lemon in it. From another his video, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and this two times a day; morning, evening before eating. I am very excited to see the effect. I expected the olive oil mix to taste not so good, however it actually proved to be refreshing and delicious, it leaves a good taste in the mouth.

I noticed that my belly lowered a bit, however change to my weight was very minimal. I still kept it in my daily diet and I am not going to stop doing it. My eating habits and amount of exercise have still room to improve, I think this is the biggest reason for such a small difference in weight still. For me, the biggest noticeable improvement has been in the digestive system and that is still good in my book.
