If you’re in the military, USAA is hands down the best bank. From their products to customer service, it’s always fantastic. I have 2 credit cards with them (one i carry for emergencies or if I accidentally forget my debit card at home, and the second i use strictly for travel purchases). Highly recommend it to anyone who is in the military or a spouse/relative.

I can see why you put certain cards in certain areas, however the rate advantage is useful if you incur debt that needs to be paid off overtime. There are expenses out there that are unavoidable and cannot be paid off overtime. That's why it counts to have a rate advantage card.

If so, please break down those numbers; how much do you have to deposit in savings, when are the funds released back to you, at the end of the term do you get the full loan amount or have they been giving it back when making payments??? I feel, after research here and on other forums, that I'm still a bit confused.
I have had the USAA credit with the lower interest rate for 9 yrs now, I was ask what I wanted and I told them I didn’t cared about no points thing, I care about low interest rate cards. But I I think I want another USAA card.
