It's always great to listen to you and Rybicki sharing stories. :) Turn that bar into a cop bar and you'll get lots of book ideas from their stories, and their woes. The tip I learned, tending bar at a science fiction conference, is to always use a bottle opener on twist off beer caps. If you use your hand, you'll soon be sorry. What you need is one of those mats that tellers use, to lessen foot fatigue. And hire a young person to do the heavy lifting, and low bending, as you teach him or her the art of bartending. Then you can hang out to hear the cop stories and be a substitute bartender, when needed. Cheers. Jon in rural BC, Canada
