Seb bro, take a good look for your heart ultra sound result and ask doctor what is the situation with your heart valves, are all valves working well? Ask doctor to check your arteries for proper blood flow. Few things you can do to control your heart pain - 1. No red meat, no oil, control your salt, no alcohol, drink 8 liters of water per day. 2. Have 2 garlics per day this will lower you cholesterol and blood pressure. Also ask doc for cholesterol lowering medicine. 3. Exercise is the key, try to walk 9 kilometers every day I know it is hard but this is what you got to do ❤
