Instead of a theme of Undyne fighting as a hero until her dying breath, it feels like a theme of sadness and despair as Kage is the living embodiment of the Satsui no Hado, feeling desperate as Ryu has no longer needed him as a crux. Now Kage is displayed his troubled feelings over the matter on the battlefield, and it might have to do with the fact that Kage, or the Satsui no Hado has grown attached to Ryu.
I find kage's air tp EXTREMELY useful sometimes I don't really see people using kage's tp that much, tbh I find Hades77 taking advantage of kage's air tp and ex tatsu A LOT
I need to say, if you are a casual like me, it is a massive pain in the ass. Took me like nonstop 2 hours till i learn to perform it consistently. Tatsu is down, back and Kick. If you want to do it single, what you need to do is, "Down, back, (which is needed for the tatsu) forward+up (unlike d,b you need to press those two at the same time) and kick as soon as the jumping animation starts." one important point is you should be done with "down, back" buttons before inputting f+u. The whole input needs to be really fast and clear. Otherwise you will get a backwards jump kick, regular tatsu or shit like that. Shortly; down, back, forward jump, kick. (2 different kicks for ex) In the middle of a combo (like right after a ground ex tatsu), you can input "forward+jump" right after your last move's animation ends and d, b, kick as soon as jump animation starts. You can also use the first input i wrote but somehow game tolerates your inputs in the middle of a combo so no need to do it hard way.
@@syntbob I've been stuck on #4 of Kage's trials since he came out. That combo includes the insta air fb so I'm gonna try it with the inputs u mentioned above with qcf and see if that works. Thx for sharing that info!
