    For anyone who likes to write this stuff down like i do:
    Thriving instead of just surviving:
    1- the morning two:
    • nice calendar of preference & red light therapy
    2- protein filled breakfast with carbs. collagen
    3- get outside & move outside for mental health (i really second this one personally)
    4- sensate
    5- improve your sleep
    • dim lights at night
    • organic olivias sleep juice
    • goodnight lotion by goodnight wellness

    I always struggle with January, I'm a real homebody but I always feel cooped like a bird in a cage.
