Why are there compilations of these kind of scenes?
It’s just a sub genre of romance kink. Becoming helpless (through illness/trauma/shock) resulting in caretaking from others, most commonly the love interest (hero). Some folks like seeing the helpless of the person who has fainted, while others like watching the caretaking aspect. Or both. There are other genres of this: k.o. (Knock out,) kidnapped, bdsm, etc. Very normal. 🥰💕
Because some people like me are sadistic and love watching people suffer
I like seeing how well they can act out something like this to seem realistic. Also to see the reactions of others around them.
