I am so loving this talk. You said our bodies are changing and I am curious as to what you think about the fact that so many people are so overweight and even obese these days. Even the children. It's heartbreaking and I wonder about it every day. I am 74 and when I was younger people were not this way. I know it is because of addiction to damaging foods and yet I wish I could help these people. I am not equipped for this type of work though, as I am an artist, not a doctor. It's very puzzling. I personally am thin but in the past even though I was not overweight, I had gained about 20 lbs. in middle age and it felt awful and was hard to overcome but I finally did. I cannot imagine how some of these people manage and my heart breaks for the children. What p,anets might be affecting us in this area as a collective. 🤔
Collective. Were all connected correct? Well then to be totally selfless, you must first become totally selfish. Heal yourself and you shall heal others.
