Wow! This list sounds amazing! Just a small question: is there any scenario where the Permanent is actually useful? I'm pretty new to the game, so i find myself almost never realizing what the opponent can do or can't do. Love the video, absolutely subscribed for more.
Loved the video! I am mostly a Muna player but tried plenty Afanas lately and am starting to building Akesha. Why do you play Toothfairy and Baba Yaga as rares? For the plan to outvalue the opponent there could be other options like Baku and Flamel. What do you think of these instead? and of course switch the other two to common.
Good q. Most cards are playable and I don't have anything against R Baku/Flamel. That being said, here is my reasoning in this build: While card advantage is one of our primary ways of winning, tempo is one of the primary ways we get beaten, and it's important to have tools that don't let us get overrun, or that put us in a position to close out the game. Rare baba I will always stan in most lists. The difference between the two is really huge in core meta, it's the difference between losing a lane to a (booda, brassbug, inkcaster, pair of ordis recruits, etc) and winning the lane. It goes from a negligible body to a serviceable body. Tooth fairy is here because a. We want more potential options to sac with kraken and b. It is a pseudo after you with board presence for 1 mana. If we were to replace it's spot with say, Baku, you go from being able to play both sides of both cards for board presence at 9 mana, to it costing 12 mana. That alone can get you in positions where you are stuck or where you are overflowing your reserve and losing card advantage you were fighting for.
Game 2: using Akesha's after you might have got you another turn. Hey plays the prince left, you clear it + token + Warrior. Though next turn would have been very rough...
fantastic deck, as an akesha player myself i can say that this is by far the best deck ive seen
Thank you! Very kind words
I don’t play this faction myself but this has convinced me to start building it, this is amazing gameplay and nice one for beating Sigismar!
Let's gooo!

@@emergentellio thanks for your explanation. Makes absolute sense to me now! Especially in your Kraken focused version.
Great deck idea!
Great vid! I believe Thoth is pronounced like toe-th
Ohh! Thank you!

Anyway interesting list, thanks for sharing :)
You can unfortunately only use After You when you are the first player, assuming your talking about the last turn
