- Here my review of my Cross Rc Kit Truck. This thing is worth every penny and is def. easy to put together. Make sure to use lock tight as i didnt so i had issues with screws backing out on the trail. Other than that its a solid truck and you'll love it.

Excellent video. I own a Cross Demon SP4C and I love the amount of interior detailing. I was planning to change the tires later. But I like how it looks with Small tires. Another thing the wheels have very good weight. Greetings From Indianapolis IN.

The B-version and C- version have the same body as the A-version.The only differnce are stamped steal beatlocks, cvd's, rollcage and interieur lights for the B-version and the C-version has alu beatlocks, metal axles and another front grill and a canvas top in the rear..
U are talking about 5 different models..SG-4 (6 models)with lexan or hard body,SP-4 (3 models),FR-4 (3 models) and the SU-4 (3 models)...
So there is alot of models to pick from..

You'll like it just stick to brushed because the gearbox doesnt like brushless at all. Other than that it's a well built truck and you'll love it for as long as you have it
Great video! Any issues with the transmission during your ownership?
I've since gotten rid of this truck because of the consistent issues with the tranny gears breaking all the time. Overall beauty of a rig but transmission really needs updating.
@@RcHobbySteve have you seen that planetary transmission they sell on eBay? I love the looks of these trucks, and nobody owns one around me, which makes it more appealing to me, but that transmission does scare me. What type of terrain would most often nuke the transmission? Thanks for the feedback, it's hard to track down owners of these models
@@theesotericworldofjason1661 I trailed the truck and did light rock crawling. It's only if the truck ever gets in to many binds. The gears aren't as capable as axial or other brands

Hi, Steve. Could you confirm/deny that the kit included a chrome transfer sticker for the large *_CROSS RC_* lettering on the tailgate?

My kit did include a couple chrome stickers. Including the rear tailgate one.

Thanks for the reply, man. You'd be the 5th SP4 owner to confirm this for me.
You see, my SP4 conversion kit didn't include it. After seeing the chromed tailgate logo in the official product page photo and then in video after video, I made an email inquiry to CrossRC.US. An official sales representative denied it's existence, claiming the chromed tailgate lettering in the product photo was a paint job (presumably done with the Molotow Liquid Chrome marker or something).
I am baffled to say the least. :-\
@@IllusionSector I'm sorry to hear that. I believe you can get the chrome decals off of ebay if i'm not wrong. WHen I sold the truck to my friend He wanted to replace the decals because they were warn out and damaged, so i led him to ebay and he found them. i know this isn't the route youd prefer but at this point with cross rc not being a help its your best bet. I'm glad I was at least able to answer your concern tho, and I appreciate you taking the time to check my channel and video out as well.
Use magnets in your tool box That's on your battery lid and remove that silly lever
