From the axial conduit CL explosions.. though they shouldn't be doing that much damage. There must be a bugged interaction somewhere

Thought they messed the Glacial Aspect up - didn’t they replace Damage with chill?

@@r3dr3drose Most likely its Crown of Lucion, you see this build is using chain lightning unique pants (im assuming Crown of Lucion as well) and chain lightning enchant. So most likely this damage is coming from the crown of lucion helmet and has 0 to do with blizzard.
