The only way you could would be to drill or rivet through the floor. I would suggest getting a ply floor that fits in the load liner and attach to that. Not sure where you are but Sussex Van line will do one for about £90. Mark

Just brought new racking. Is there a way I can mount racking without using floor mounts as I have Ford Transit custom plastic load liner?
