Ashley is honestly so sweet!! She didn't have to be funny or anything and I just enjoyed the episode. It went by so quickly!
I can relate to Ashley. When my anxiety was really bad i could barely get any sleep at night because my leg was constantly twitching and I even started to grind my teeth excessively when I did get any sleep. No one took me seriously either
Sharpay was neverrrr the villian for me! She was and still is my absolute favorite AND she's the queen of pink💕

ashley talking about the her anxiety and the tingling feeling is so real. hearing her going to doctors asking what wrong is exactly what i went thru. i was just recently diagnosed with anxiety and one of my symptoms was really bad pressure on my chest and having this really warm feeling on my neck, i straight up thought i was having a heart attack. the emptiness i felt was so scary.
Same! It’s so validating hearing other people talk about their physical symptoms but I can’t help but think there’s still something seriously wrong with me. Anxiety is so hard

I love that she said that about comedy, she was literally perfect to play Sharpay because she also went after what she wanted and SUCCEEDED. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about a month after HSM premiered and my mom taped it and brought it to the hospital for me for the 2 weeks I spent there after my coma. I drove the nurses CRAZY with Bop to the Top and Breaking Free 😂😅

I suffer from it too. I also have the tingling in my feet and toes and my body with vibrate a different things turned out. I had a little B12 level, so I don’t know if this will help as well but maybe get your doctors to check your B12 levels.
