The owner of the website their link always leads to. Its not to steal accounts like most people say. Whenever a site tells you to verify you're human by doing an offer, the offer never ends and you have to keep doing it. That gives the owner of the site money. The owner is trying to waste time of people and get some food on the table. They could care less about your dumb 67 limited items and robux. They probably don't even care about ROBLOX or robux.
*My Prediction* I think the scam bots aren’t there to scam them. If you’ve tried to do the robux generator thing, you would notice they do a survey. Now, what I think is the creator of that website earns money from the Surveys. Considering they are advertisements... That’s my prediction, feel free to disagree.. Either way, do NOT go on the websites.
Theres diffrent reasons. Some steal accounts, some hijack accounts at make people spend their robux on an item that will take all their robux and some just to get ad revenue from pop ups or surveys or bogus surveys to get your info.
The surveys are so they can make money off the surveys, and try to steal their personal information, aka, address,name etc. That’s why you should never click on those sites.

Hey Chloe, recently I found an account named “RBLXImagineer” they released Anthro on that account. It freaks me out because I knew Anthro is going to release someday. The ROBLOX developer says that they won’t remove R6 and R15 but they said if you scale your character, you still start to look like Anthro.
I actually had the same problem around November of last year to now with Robux scam bots stealing video titles. I mass reported them for stealing content and misleading content. TH-cam needs to ban links outside of trusted sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Here’s a story. I’ve been getting friend requests and I ignore them. One day after a long day of school, I took my shower and had my snack, I decided to go onto the computer. I noticed my friend requests went up - and noticed I had a lot of notifications - so I checked it. A bunch of scam bots were there, mostly green. A few reds and blues also. I started to delete them after a week later. Long story short I ended up going down from 567 to 484 friend requests.
The bots are targeting newbies, in hopes that they can win over their private info and maybe blackmail the user's family. This is easy to do since the new people on Roblox are usually young children... Which are very profitable with their net worth.
My account gets about 7-13 friend requests from bots per day. This happens overnight too. There’s also something you can open on computer that allows you to change text or images on a website. This will not effect the website or what you do on it, it will only effect looks. Ex, using this to change the amount of *robux* you have.
Well i once had 80 Scambot requests! Their names read like CheckProfileRedeem or EarnCodesProfit but with letters and numbers to make the names different and not be detected. Some of their bios say "Hidden Profile" but why would Roblox do that? It's so obvious they're third-party software, and not something made by the developers of Roblox. Stay safe and don't click on these fake links, as it's called "Phising"

So, just a warning, these scams will either steal your account or do nothing, but either way, you will not be given free robux.
Chloe, the way they make it look that way is quite simple. There is something called inspect element where you can change what it says by right clicking your highlighted section.
How the scammers managed to get robux in their account: 1st: They use android to download roblox the mobile version. 2nd: They then tranfer all of the files for the roblox mobile version to work. 3rd: They used a software called [In case you wanna do it] to edit the code for the home screen and injected a code to make it seem he is getting robox. 4th: They transferred the modified app back into the andoid device. 5th: Connected the android device to the iOS device with Bluetooth then transferred the app in the iOS. 6th: They just have to click one of the buttons to buy robux then boom.
They actualy try to attract anyone with any amount of robux, except famous youtubers, developers, people that in general have the power to expose them and roblox. Like my whole amount of robux ive ever had is about 50 robux, which is like what a cent? And ive got about 63 friend requests from them, and maybe about 21 followers from them (im lazy to check now but this is how many i got on the ones before the most recent ones with the names like CheckMe and some random letters i dont remember how their usernames were.
Once I was playing a game called weird or something with my friend (Blooqi) then some lemon scammers joined us and were acting like normal players, but we and the cucumbers (game was basically a cucumber cult) annoyed them too much that both of them left

I just noticed that some new scam bots wear the night Rthro avatars. I was playing on my brothers account when I realized more than 7 people on his friends list were spamming him things that scam bots said. The next day, I was playing on roblox, and got a friend request by a scam bot. All of these bots that I came across were wearing an Rthro avatar.
If Roblox isn't going to take initiative in this there will be serious consequences like private investigators or the FBI hunting down these scammers and arresting them. If Roblox intervened and did some adjustments to the system for no scam bots of some sort it could end peacefully, if it does come to this Roblox might be fined for not showing anything to help it's community or stop stuff like this.

Chloe, the way they make it look that way is quite simple. There is something called inspect element where you can change what it says by right clicking your highlighted section.
How the scammers managed to get robux in their account:
1st: They use android to download roblox the mobile version.
2nd: They then tranfer all of the files for the roblox mobile version to work.
3rd: They used a software called [In case you wanna do it] to edit the code for the home screen and injected a code to make it seem he is getting robox.
4th: They transferred the modified app back into the andoid device.
5th: Connected the android device to the iOS device with Bluetooth then transferred the app in the iOS.
6th: They just have to click one of the buttons to buy robux then boom.

They actualy try to attract anyone with any amount of robux, except famous youtubers, developers, people that in general have the power to expose them and roblox. Like my whole amount of robux ive ever had is about 50 robux, which is like what a cent? And ive got about 63 friend requests from them, and maybe about 21 followers from them (im lazy to check now but this is how many i got on the ones before the most recent ones with the names like CheckMe and some random letters i dont remember how their usernames were.
Once I was playing a game called weird or something with my friend (Blooqi) then some lemon scammers joined us and were acting like normal players, but we and the cucumbers (game was basically a cucumber cult) annoyed them too much that both of them left
I believe they target recently active accounts, as my sister's old account had no scammers spam friend requests.

Idk but I'm thinking that the scam bots follow newer accounts. Maybe they're hoping the account owners don't have much knowledge on roblox scams, and might fall for the it(?)
FINALLY A VIDEO ON THIS! Its been so bad for me!
I just noticed that some new scam bots wear the night Rthro avatars. I was playing on my brothers account when I realized more than 7 people on his friends list were spamming him things that scam bots said. The next day, I was playing on roblox, and got a friend request by a scam bot. All of these bots that I came across were wearing an Rthro avatar.

If Roblox isn't going to take initiative in this there will be serious consequences like private investigators or the FBI hunting down these scammers and arresting them. If Roblox intervened and did some adjustments to the system for no scam bots of some sort it could end peacefully, if it does come to this Roblox might be fined for not showing anything to help it's community or stop stuff like this.
