It’s best combination for fried kofta with tomato Curry.
INGREDIENTS
• 500 grams Bottle Gourd ( Sorekai)
• 4 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
• ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
• salt as required
• 6 Tomatoes
• 2 onions
• Curry leaves
•. coriander leaves
• 3 to 4 Green chilli
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup water
PREPARATION
peel and grate 1 medium-sized bottle gourd.
Squeeze the grated bottle gourd and keep the juice. We will use this juice in the gravy.
after follow the ingredients add salt, 1/2 teaspoons chilli powder, add gram flour little by little and mix.
Mix well and form small sized round or oval balls. Run a bit of oil in your palms when shaping the kofta.
Fry koftas in oil, let all sides brown evenly turning over gently as needed
take a pan add the mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoons, add 2 finely chopped onion, and green chilli, curry leaves, cook for 5 minutes
after 5 minutes add 6 chopped tomatoes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of gram masala, 1/2 sambar masala, mix them well and cook for another 5 minutes.
now add 2 cup of water and wit for 5 minutes
now add the kofta and mix well cook in low flame for 10 minutes
Finally add coriander leaves
Ready to serve
