And it's good that she put herself first and managed to care about her self at least now. One has to be care for oneself to live a content life.

I went with my mum to a dentist. At the same place was a paediatrician. So there were a lot of young couples waiting there, some my age and some many years younger to me (I am 36, single). I noticed that every single one of them was fat, pot bellied, walking weirdly. I was thinking to myself that urban India is going to have a diabetes and cardiac pandemic in the coming decades. While on the other hand, I have seen absolutely fit men and women in their 70s in Indian villages. It seems the current generation of 20-40s have been unable to cope with the urban lifestyle and given in to bad food habits and sedentary lifestyle. The future will be bad with regards to healthcare
