Almost a year after this posted, i picked up my smoke grey delta X gen 2 for 379.99 plus tax. I have no regrets at all. Amazing pistol and features. Love it!

I went shooting yesterday at my gun club. Only took my Browning Buckmark .22lr because it’s cheap to shoot. I miss cheap and plentiful ammo.
I have the Rex Delta M in FDE and love it. Fantastic pistols.

That reset on the trigger seems very nice, at least for good follow up shots.
I’m not a guy that rides the reset when I shoot but with my Arex it’s the best way to shoot. You can hear the reset 10 feet away

I just cant understand why Glocks are still so popular. They are as ergonomic as a brick, with crap triggers and sights. Reliability doesn’t set them apart any more, and they are overpriced, compared to their competition. It’s insane to buy them any more.

You are fixated with what you hear about Glock "clones." That's actually not true, but that's the narrative from the die-hard Glock loyalists: there is nothing like Glock, the rest are "clones." So, you stick to Glock. Others, like myself, are moving on into the new redesigned and developed platforms, enjoying a wide variety of new 9mm handguns.

Great video. The original Delta was extremely nice and reliable and they made a few important improvements on this version like grip and optics plate. East Valley Tactical will have some of these in stock next week from what I’ve heard.

I have the Arex Zero 1S with the two 17 round Magazines and finally ordered some spare 20 round Arex OEM Magazines. It is very hard to find magazines for this brand they have been backordered. I really like my Zero 1S I have big hands and I'm a lefty. I would consider the Delta if they had some other calibers available like 40.

Best trigger break and reset of any striker fired handgun I’ve used. It is heavy, but breaks like glass (1911). I love it!
I tested the Arex Delta against the Glock 19. Arex makes a nice product. I found the trigger needing to be pressed back further than the Glock, so that was a muscle memory thing for me. Consider parts: As of beginning of 2021, some replacement parts are not yet available.

We need a torture test on this pistol. The amount of space between the slide makes me nervous. You never know when you might be rolling around in water, sand and dirt.

I own a gen1 rex delta. 2 things they shine, lighter and slimmer as a compact(mid size)gun than any competitor. At 22oz without mag loaded in and size between a compact and sub-compact with 15 rounds load vs 12 for subcompact. Super short trigger reset for quick repeat shot, but trigger weight is a bit heavy. Other than that everything is average. Delta L don't believe have much selling point unless you conceal carry full size. I believe full size handgun is the best where open carry is allowed, but when people open carry they don't care much about a few oz of weight. But upcoming Delta M or X may be as its predecessor in my opinion the best carry gun if encounter any combat situation.
If it’s going to be a carry gun, the trigger pull weight should not be too light the likes of competition guns. I have the Delta X Gen 2 and I find the stock trigger perfect for the gun itself. Much like how the PDP compact trigger is perfect for the PDP compact. If you put the PDP compact trigger in a Glock 19, it wouldn’t be the same. The dynamics wouldn’t be the same because the Glock has a different feel. Same as the best aftermarket Glock trigger would work best with the Glock but wouldn’t be much better for a PDP, CZ, etc. I hope that makes sense. Lol

Just new they are very good pistols.
I had a gen 1 delta the one thing i didnt like was the recoil spring was soo stiff made racking the slide hard at times but it was a nice gun honestly

I love my Zero 1s just got some spare 20 round magazines for mine today. The only drawback on AREX is the Magazines being backordered and having to only use the OE ones no aftermarket support. I live in Las Vegas where the import Company is. They're very popular out here.

By all accounts from the reviews I’ve seen, none of the reviewers have ever questioned the Delta X’s accuracy, including this video you’re commenting on. It's not very cold in Slovenia.The coldest month is January with an average maximum temperature of 1°C (33°F). Nice gun though.
It can be quite cold and you would need gloves.
