Tbh, I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t go through with it. The game’s story near to the end of Part 1 is just full on yap session. The storytelling is just as bad in HI3rd as it is on HSR. They do a whole lot of “tell, don’t show” when it’s supposed to be the reverse. I will say though, the Elysian Realm is the best arc of them all. But that’s just my opinion.
