Want to know how the architect designed the bedrooms, basement, and other spaces? You can always download the PDF e-book and watch DETAILED chapters on buildofy.com
I've seen a couple of houses designed by this architect on this channel and it always feels like it's a model house designed to showcase their designs rather than building a home that a family might stay in. It feels sterile and lacks soul. Extra points for the panerai tho.
I agree. It does seem well designed, much better than modernist white boxes. But, it looks like the office of a tech or PE firm, not a family home. Needs a ping pong table
But still the architect cannot unilateraly take decision , it needs approval from the owmer . And more it will be according to the owners needs and desires
@@sakrokz I know buddy iam a Bangalorean but it's just that they owner of the plot has spent exuberantly by going 4 floors and making it spacious. Hence said it doesn't feel like it
Beautiful design. Kudos to Buildofy. I am curious to know how the house looks after they start living in it. Right now, this house feels empty. I don't see many things in their home, I want to see how it looks after putting their things. This house is so good that I can't imagine living here. It lacks a feeling of home and it looks more like a luxury hotel or corporate space. Maybe I am from the middle class and I never experienced living in a place like this.
olden days small home less luxury more people happy life , present day huge house less people luxury but unhappy , you should understand difference between home and house
After seeing many Buildofy designs continuously for now, I personally feel like the colour palette is very boring ... Try to add Indian touch in your colours ...
Seems like architect is good in building open spaces or viewing aesthetics good. Kitchen is not spacious, feels ignored in this project. Less light too Pooja room is overly designed. First floor curve either should have been straight or outwards.
Waste of money on these architects, worst part is the pooja room looks like putting two coffece round tables in the pooja room , there is a way to build pooja room May be they don’t know

Most underrated India youtube channel.
It was one of the best interiors in a compact house I have seen so far
His skill in drawing free hand lines are amazing
Its always helpful if approximate cost of house is given for reference

@@karthiku877 I'd get it if it was for this house. Watch the other homes designed by this person.
Well said
It gives corporate vibes. Or something like an art gallery
Nice, modern & earthy look overall .. However, felt size of the kitchen seems pretty small relative to the overall size of the house.
No one can even tell that this house is built on a 60-40 site, house looks really majestic and spacious!!
THE best on buildofy... I know my architect after watching this one!
so art deco, so love it
Please mentioned cost of the project it’s useful viewers
It give office vibes and not home 😕 but really good and looks luxury ✨
Wow though the plot size is 40:60, it feels the house is so spacious and nice use of colors
40:60 is actually huge for Bangalore.

Ya that's because there are no rooms in the ground floor. It's only for living room, Pooja, and dining.
@@N0fluxgiven yes sir noticed it
One of the best from this channel ❤❤
Wow. Really nice luxury home. Thanks for your video.
Superb! Minimalistic yet elegant
Beautiful design. Kudos to Buildofy.

Beautifull and elegant
Definitely south bangalore
Nice .. I cant afford that much land only 😄
Impressive design
Bro called 2400sqft site in Bangalore as "smallest of smallest sites"🤣😂🤣
Ek no 💯👌🏻😍
Beautiful 🎉
If any architect calls 2400 sqft plot samall find another one
*smallest of smallest
Looks great, amazing job!!
like open spaces.. that gives calm influence-- houses are claustrophic these days.. who can sleep in AC all the time ?

It's look like sadashiv nagar
The project is at Girinagar
I am observing since last buildofiy doesn't have any good design houses now
Bangalore Chennai Ahmedabad or Surat
noice
Luxury ❌ No Vaastu ✅
1st phase girinagar
Worst design, ex : pooja room design 😂
Scatter design
First impression is not good front design is ugly .Now watching the inner side.
