We put a great deal of effort and care in each and every of our products. ALL products are made to order: customized or not. Each product can be personalized with a wide range of upgrades.
Making one of our collars step-by-step:
•Cutting required length of mil-spec webbing
•Stitching two layers of webbing together
•Designing and embroidering the Embroidered Name Patch upgrade
•Applying ID Tag Ring upgrade to the adjuster area
•Threading the webbing through male part of Cobra buckle and back through the adjuster
•Adding leash attachment ring to the collar - this piece is going to get reinforced later on with a bar-tack stitch - not shown in the clip
•Stitching the handle and applying the Name Patch onto it
•Fixing the handle onto its place
•Ending the process by stitching female part of the Cobra buckle
Ta-Daa! All complete! Mia seems happy with it.

Is there any other way to not use an embroidery machine for the name?

Be nice to have the clip with the built in D ring.

The Cobras with built-in D-ring we stock are 45mm so they are too large for 40mm and too small for 50mm collars. We do have 45mm Agitation collars with these.

@@miak9outdoor could you explain to me on how to add the handle and make it?

@@maxmorten Stitch a portion of a strip in the middle to form a handle and then stitch the ends to the collar. This is not a DIY tutorial so we do not provide measurements of making of our products.
