We paid 95k in 2nd counselling. Now as per your suggestion we have applied in 3rd counselling for the college ls which are having fee below 50 k . Please suggest if this approach is okay. Thank you sir

in 2nd counselling i got seat in cvr and the fee is 1,50,000 and we paid 1,15,000
and in 3rd counselling i got seat in mvsr and fee is 1,30,000
Am i supposed to get my 20k back?.
