Mel and Hoetel have two different courts going on. The custody courts are saying hoetel has to get a mental eval he's also ordered family counseling which includes his kids and Mel, yet the criminal courts issued a no contact order between him and Mel. I wondered how does that work? Plus Mel has posted several tiktok videos and the the kids voices can be heard in the background and she has had back 2 school parties as well as shopping for her kids school clothes. Lately the kids seem to be with her alot more than usual. Has hoetel already loss some custody access, or did they change the week on and off schedule?
Destiny remains a lost cause whatever counseling she's getting isn't transferring to a change in behavior. Economically Destiny should've returned to the job she had before she came to Hville and got married. Instead she's digging deeper holes for herself by doing things that lands her in deeper legal issues, sounds like the the fraud and id theft charges haven't been heard yet. 👀
According to subs who had restraining orders on their exes, the courts will work together for certain rulings. There wasn’t any custody changes ordered in the emergency hearing.

Mel was “doing” the right thing and she still had to go through hell and high water to get the court to see everything Martell was doing when it was obvious and documented.
