Having to press space-bar like you do within Kronocard is enough for me to keep using CDP! On a side note, appreciate all your raw/detailed videos, please keep them coming! Also, using your 60,000 cards/year example, you could choose to pay $9.99/month with CDP for $120/year, then add 50,000 scans for $349.99, making it $470 instead of $708. If someone really wanted to stay with CDP, there are cheaper options for the same amount of scans, that you did not go through in your video. You'd also have to pay Kronozio $59.95/month ($719/year) for those 60,000 scans to goto eBay or $14.99/month ($179.88/year) to export the file used for eBay. Lastly, you didn't mention or include the eBay connect and Export add-on fees, within Kronozio for the trust cost over a year. Would be nice to do a video, going over both companies, complete options, in-depth.
Thank you. I was looking at how many options there could be to price this out and if you can add 50K scans for 349.99 I can add that as well in a cost breakdown. However, the point was the overall cost vs. results. As for the eBay option, this is going to be featured in the next video with features from both companies and for this, as well as the updates, I would be happy to include your input during the making if you are up for it. Perhaps an in depth final breakdown with pricing and features. I am all for it. Let me know what works for you and we can make this happen!
the eBay export connection add-on crap kills it for me with Kronozio - I need unlimited...plus the import screen gets wonky with the clicking - space bar stuff. CDP is straight forward and simplistic, plus now they added the Mobile Scan option using QR code which has been great for me walking around my warehouse and just snapping cards etc. Great vid man.
I like your videos and appreciate you taking your time explaining the scanner when many others do not. With this video I’m trying to pay attention but the captions and the flashing are a distraction.
I debated if I should keep them on there or not. The next video will not have them! Thank you for your input on this. Made it easier for me make sure to leave them out.
ok so I have gone a ton of different options and here is what I can tell you. The BCW sleeves were very well for what I need and they are priced perfectly. Here is a link as I have some on my site but you can just as easily go to BCW and get them directly. I only have them because I stock so many for myself that it made no sense not to offer them to other people. maxwaxpax.com/search?options%5Bprefix%5D=last&q=sleeves
OK so just the scanning I can see the reason for staying with Kronocard BUT in your 1st video you also went over all the pricing with the add-0n's to list on eBay. You should do another few videos on all the extra features & extras pricing on Kronocard.
just out of curiosity what would be a good software for apple computers Mac? I think I heard you say cdp works with Mac, but do krono work with Mac if not can you point me in the right direction please thanks .
Whats the ebay connector? How does it work? Do you need it to complete the upload to ebay? Or is there a different way to do it? I figured if i need to pay for an additional ebay connector itd be cheaper to use cdp?
No offense, but you are giving bad information. You are not using Kronocard correctly. Why are you doing so many extra steps? All you need to do is scan directly into the interface and they are all there ready for AI..... The import feature is pretty much there to import photos of things that can not be scanned and you use pictures... Like set boxes or slabs etc... Not for card scans... If you are unsure how it works there are better videos out there showing the strengths of Kronocard...
No offense taken. You are entitled to your opinion, but your opinion is wrong in this case. The fact is that this was a comparison between both the importing of the cards into both programs and the video is spot on. Secondly, I have now scanned over 120,000 cards into the software and the fact remains that importing and scanning directly have had about the same results in terms of recognition. In fact, the issue with this particular video was due to a glitch in their software. I was contacted by the company and we went through the new version (which you can see in the second video) and the scanning recognition and turn around was awesome! And the import feature is also for people who do not have scanners that are able to directly import. So please, do not tell me that it is for something that is not the case. Not everyone is going to have a high-end scanner that is compatible with the software and for those who do not, the import feature is just as strong as the direct scan. In fact, based on my tweaking, importing using the scanner software can even produce better results at times.
My comment has nothing to do with recognition. You scanned the cards in scansnap and then imported them. You didn't import photos of the cards as if you didnt have a scanner... My comment stands firm.. You gave bad information. When you were scanning your cards, you should have scanned them directly into the software instead of importing them... I understand you are trying to compare AI accuracy but if you read your other replies from people.. They are turned off by hitting the space bar when it isnt needed when using the scanner as you are.... Either way... Krono is better than CDP.... PS... I enjoy your videos
@@maxwaxpax 🤣 I'm glad.. I had no ill intent.... Just want people to know how great Krono is. I've been using it since 2015... They are great and the customer service is top notch... Chat soon!

The price difference is worth it for Kronocard. The time I save compared to fixing/populating CDP data is worth it.

What kind of sleeves do you usually use? All types/format works really well?

Am going to put some bullet points together tonight and work on this tomorrow. Thank you for your input.
Krono has a learning curve and CDP is basically plug and play. If you really want to see the abilies of Krono check out Paul Carl Cards

Also does krono have a solds/active listings area to help you price the card if your pretty new?
