  • In the latest Racer X Films bike video, Kris Keefer and his son Aden test a Monster Energy/Pro Circuit 2022 Kawasaki KX250 race machine. Aden Keefer is a newly signed Team Green amateur B rider, so he is familiar with the 2022 Kawasaki KX250. In this video, the Keefers breakdown the differences between this team race bike and Aden’s Team Green KX250 machine.
Aden said the first thing he noticed different on this bike was the bottom end compared to the bottom end on his stock KX250. Another big difference was the suspension. Luke Boyk from Pro Circuit also joins the video to discuss the team’s suspension settings-which are available to the public. Check out the video for more on the team’s race machine compared to the stock model.

I hardly imagined a new Team Green rider to give anything but a glowing review.

PC a kit suspension is the gold standard. Love the color of the lower forks. Hell the entire bike is a gold standard lol. Lucky kid to ride it.

The suspention looked solid when you was rideing, tracked good, held up good in the stroke, but wasnt to harsh eathier

That’s a hard pill to swallow. But I’d be seriously interested in purchasing one of these. I’m 28 almost out of my prime, it’d be a once in lifetime opportunity to experience close to factory bike experience.

So, IIRC, the previous bike was a Yamaha. So it was more powerful than this Kawasaki in the bottom end. Got it.

My 2022 CRF 250R is $25k. That’s without a heavy modified engine and A Kit suspension. How do families race AM nationals? By the way, my RV spec YZ125 is less that half my CRF.

"What was the most fun thing about this bike?" "It gave me confidence "I got a sick-looking bike under me, I got sick-looking gear" That's a cookie-cutter answer....Of course, putting a monster/ Team Green kid on a monster/Kawi bike is going to be all positive.....

    Team Green!!!
my profile pic is my 11 year old Boy, on his 2009 Real (Monster Edition) KX65 does anyone know any info on these special edition bikes? it was the most bullet proof bike EVER! we bought it in winter of 2019 with 24 hours on it, and in 2020 we went to the track on weekends and were not in the points Championship though, so 2020 was practice, we ran the bike to "134 Hours" before rebuilding it rebuilt winter 2020 full bottom / Top end, and he entered the Amateur points Championship in 2 States for 2021, and the bike was so reliable, and he did good for his first full year, and he finished 3rd and 4th in the Championships last sesaon, and were so proud of him! so we bought him a 2022 KX 85 for Christmas and he got it a month ago now, and actually just got back from Jimmy Wienharts Moto Acadamy in NC, he had a Blast down there!

It doesn't matter there all the same from the Japanese, ride whatever you want and learn the skills and you'll do well. Now KTM is another matter, great bikes but overpriced and not totally reliable.
