@@essenceweebkittyx3 problem is that I have a hyperactive imagination and in a panic I can give myself phantom touch. For example if I see a spider, I will get the feeling of spiders being on me for about a week due to paranoia. I know its a big issue, and yk.. its been 6 months since this comment and I'm doing much better with therapy. That is why I claimed to have TT. It also comes from personal trauma of roleplay online that has contributed to this issue of mine. Ig for me it wasn't the right term but it did describe how I personally felt. I have also played since 2016 and I can say that my discomfort came about 2018? Cuz thats when I was talking to the person who hurt me and scared me a lot. I don't use the term anymore, I take it off my ponies now as I am doing better but still get uneasy at times. Can someone who has this please explain to me how this “phantom touch” thingy works Because I have experienced phantom touch but only when I specifically tricked my brain into thinking and object was my hand on purpose for a fun little experiment, and never in a game.

It only started happening as a trend from twitter in 2021, for entitled people to use for attention and to feel 'special' when using a disorder for attention isn't okay. 2d touch triggers do NOT exist. If you don't like someone sitting on your pony HIDE THEM, don't have a pretend pathetic break down over pixels touching trying to make it everyone elses problem.

@@essenceweebkittyx3 problem is that I have a hyperactive imagination and in a panic I can give myself phantom touch. For example if I see a spider, I will get the feeling of spiders being on me for about a week due to paranoia. I know its a big issue, and yk.. its been 6 months since this comment and I'm doing much better with therapy. That is why I claimed to have TT. It also comes from personal trauma of roleplay online that has contributed to this issue of mine. Whether or not you believe me is up to you and Idrc, I know my own problems and thats none of your buissness tbf. I'm doing much better now anyway

I have a friend who has been playing ponytown since 2016 and he's never seen anybody claim to have it until 2021, it started on twitter for attention and it just made the platform toxic for everyone knowing it's a trend...
@@essenceweebkittyx3 maybe not in the form its explained as "TT" but smth like it did exist for me. And for much longer than when people started to coin the name for it. Ig for me it wasn't the right term but it did describe how I personally felt. I have also played since 2016 and I can say that my discomfort came about 2018? Cuz thats when I was talking to the person who hurt me and scared me a lot. I don't use the term anymore, I take it off my ponies now as I am doing better but still get uneasy at times. Tho I will admit it did become a trend and some weird show off sort of thing
@@werewolfpoison I get not wanting people on top of your pony or feeling a small discomfort with being in crowded spaces yeah, just the way people have been going about the "TT/TD" thing taking it to the extreme acting like it's exactly like in real life situations, when it is far from it. v_v I just really hope it stops and goes back to the way it use to be before the whole TD/TT thing started cause the platform is not as fun anymore since then, definitely weird indeed
