Absolutely! I was listening to something recently that was talking about how we waste all our energy on what’s good for us while we’re young instead of when we need it like now when I’m 42. I threw my body around like it was immortal and invincible in my youth. I can’t say I regret it but I may have done things differently given what I now know.
