It's safe to assume Luffy has killed some, but not necessarily shown killing. Enis lobby is one place where he seemed to be breaking ships and such. So while he likely hasn't killed named enemies, he likely has killed lesser ones.
Other than Luffy's participant number, I thought all of this was common knowledge? How he got his scar WAS shown in one of the first few episodes, his enemies are always shown knocked out, and it states that he was the only one to go through Marineford, Enies Lobby, and Impel Down alive.

actually luffy did kill 1 person cuz he had no choice, when they were riding that waterfall over the grand line there was an air guy who wouldve vestroyed the ship but nami distracted him so luffy pushed him into the water (keep in mind he cant swim and was the only one with them)
