CC and Ref have a very unique relationship similar to Steph in the NBA. No calls. This dysfunctional staff dont want to recognize who is the golden goose. They emotional bias and its been like this for the whole season. Terrible and probably the worst REF in any sports.

Every first round games were sweeps. Maybe the WNBA needs to look into getting away from best 2/3 and give the lower ranks a chance at home advantage. Also maybe the WNBA need to look into these officials giving the top 4 teams the the favorable calls to ensure they win.

The deliberate poke in her eye with these inch long fingernails was an outrage, without a call from the officials. An the comments made by the players and also one of the owners of the Atlanta team were outrageous. Absolutely no self-awareness. These people running the WNBA are too stupid to be taken seriously. I love the Fever's style of play. I'm not too fond of thug play and not many people are judging by the low ratings of the other teams.

For the first time watching WNBA and with the recent break up of my relationship I’ve got to much anxiety to be involved in so much drama.
Whats the deal with fans announcing they won't be watching the rest of the WNBA playoffs? I'll tell you why.
Most normal fans detest violence, jealousy, prejudices and hatred. Some people might love those things. Even brag or laugh about these things after a blatant violent act. However these have no place in sports. And we don't have to watch. We follow teams with good sportsmanship no matter what their record is such as the Fever or Sparks who added Jackson and Brink this year as rookies. When the league sees that advertisers will pull monetary support maybe hopefully the league will enforce the rules designed to protect the women playing from injury.

No. We simply don't want her mugged every time she steps on the court. She has conducted herself with class and absolutely fierce play. The cheap shots she has taken, both physical and verbal have been outrageous. That intentional poke in the eye with those fingernails without a call from the officials is telling. Those so-called professional and stars could not exceed and average of 5,000 attended games until Clark. No one watched. They did not have nationally televised games. No one knew who the WNBA champion was. No one cared. The public is not stupid. We know why she is being attacked. Who ever is running the WNBA is not very bright. Shannon Sharp and Stephen A. This is the Catlin Clark effect. I would have never known this player and because I'm now trying to be a fan of the league I get this interview on my feed and I'm now a fan of this great player. No it is over for the WNBA and their ratings. Absolutely ignorant. Not one person who watched the lack of officiating thinks the WNBA acquitted themselves well. There is a reason why attendance is up more that 300% when the Fever play and Fever games are on national networks. Guess why. The Sun have advanced, so. So lehhhts see... CC in Game 1...: *2-13* from 3. CC in Game 2...: *3-12* from 3 (and no eye poke "excuses" in Game 2). CC just ego *_chuckin'_* 3's in both games. Because if CC could _at all consistently_ make 3's in the _pro's_ against really *good* teams, the Fever cudda *WON* both playoff games!!

Let's ignore the biased officiating as well. Game 2, Sun's got 22 points just from free throws compared to Fever's 7. A LOT of the fouls called on the Fever didn't constitute a call. And A LOT of the fouls that were supposed to be called on the Sun weren't called. Let's not pretend that didn't happen.
Or they could have won if the refs called a fair game. Pretty hard to win when the opponents are allowed to foul with no call. 29 free throws to 9. Ridiculous.
I wonder how different Game 1 would have been had she not gotten poked in the eye and if they would have played one game Conn. 2nd Game Indiana 3rd game? flip a coin I dunno. Seems that it is an unfair advantage in both games being at Conn.

Sad to see the exciting Fever eliminated because of attacks on Clark and poor officials. That intentional finger nails to Clark's eye and no foul called sealed it for me. Congrats to the team that won (sarcasm). I've never watched a WNBA game until this year. Prefer the college game with rules an good officiating. Sadly my interest in the playoffs is now over.
