I'm sorry, I don't understand the hands off approach with this 3 week old baby monkey. He's too little to try and feed himself. Why won't you feed him properly? Why don't you hold him for longer than 1 minute? He's fidgeting because he wants to be held and shown affection. This is neglect, he's extremely hungry and he just doesn't have the emotional support you gave to both Jessi and Paqui!
